Notice of Budget Committee Meeting
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Amity, Yamhill County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, will be held at 109 Maddox Avenue, Amity, Oregon. The meeting will take place on May 8, 2024 at 6pm and again on May 22, 2024 at 6pm (if necessary). The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget and the use of state revenue sharing. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the budget committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the budget committee. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained on or after May 1, 2024 at 109 Maddox Avenue, Amity, Oregon, between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
